Situated at the Burbury Hotel, the Med has been bought to life by Doma, Australian architecture and interior design studio Luchetti Krelle and Culinary Director, Ben Willis.
Under the direction of two-hatted Culinary Director, Ben Willis, the menu at Med is a celebration of relaxed, casual, and fun dining, inspired by the vibrant Eastern Mediterranean culinary culture. Drawing on inspiration from the regions, the menu is inherently healthy, full-flavoured and fresh. Plates of bread, dips, light entrees, and mains, complemented by fresh salads and vegetables, all infused with a rich tapestry of spices and herbs you would expect from Eastern Mediterranean food.

Ostani is a more than just a bar and beer garden. It is bustling and filled with greenery, seating all enclosed with plenty of fireplaces to keep things cosy.
