We agree to honour any publicly available rate found online which is cheaper than our published rate.

Doma Hotels Best Rate Guarantee ensures that you will always get the best rate available when you book directly with us. The terms and conditions are:

If within 24 hours of making your reservation, you find a lower rate for the same hotel, room type and reservation dates, and submit a screenshot* of the lower rate, we will match the rate and give you an extra 5% discount on the nightly room rate as well as a complimentary upgrade subject to availability.*

The Best Rate Guarantee is not applicable if the price difference is due to, but not limited to, currency exchange rate fluctuations or rounding applied on the competing website and any claims with rate difference of less than 5%
