DOMA WELLNESS gets the most out of your training both indoor and outdoor. Check your results and monitor your progress.
DOMA FIT connects to all the TechnGym equipment within Hale Gym via Bluetooth or QR Code. The equipment will automatically set up with your program and your results will be automatically tracked. Log MOVEs manually or sync with other apps such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.

Join our Little National
Sydney Run Club
Ease into your Tuesday with the Little National Run Club – a guided 5km run through the stunning surrounds of Barangaroo. Led by industry leader Katie Martin, this 30-minute loop is designed to boost your energy and clear your mind.
Meeting at 6:00am in the Level 1 Lobby, the group sets off together for an uplifting start to the day. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just finding your pace, all levels are welcome – including hotel guests.
After the run, head up to our rooftop for a well-earned coffee and connect with a community that values movement, mindfulness, and good conversation.
